Bekki is a rare package of straightforward, down-to-Earth, honest training with a big heart! She'll really tune in to your training goals and share the same enthusiasm for it, while demystifying the fluff that comes with this type of training culture so that you don't get led up the garden path with vain marketing or fastidious training regimens and products. Having seen her own visible results, I was happy to trust her with my journey for mine. And I got them!

I have had about 5 sessions with Bekki (so far). She listened to what I wanted to achieve and is really enthusiastic and definitely boosts your confidence. Bekki watches each move closely, making sure that lifts etc are carried out correctly and safely. Each session offers something different so you are never bored .If you want to make progress with your training I would have no hesitation in recommending Bekki.

I cannot recommend Bekki enough! She transformed me from under confident in my body, ‘gym phobic’ and stuck in a rut, to totally trusting and believing in my body again. My partner and I worked with Bekki for around 6 months before our wedding and she was incredibly motivating. I feel like I now have an appreciation for exercise and moving my body to make me feel good. I was absolutely gutted when she moved out of London- I don't think we can replace her!

My story

As someone that used to be obese, I understand the physical, mental and emotional struggles that come with getting fit. 

After making the decision to address my size I spent a long time looking for the magic short-cut and trying every fad diet I could find until, somewhere along the way, I stumbled across strength training and it changed my life. Rather than hating my body, I started to appreciate it for what it was capable of and enjoy pushing it to achieve more. Weight lifting, Olympic lifting and CrossFit captured my interest and gave me a focus that wasn't negatively obsessed with losing KGs of body weight but adding KGs on to what I could lift.

My journey inspired me to change careers and become a personal trainer in order to help other people realise their potential.
I am passionate about helping people find a happy place with their training. From complete beginners to the more advanced, I will work with you to establish your goals and get you moving towards them in the best way for you.
