I loved working with Bekki. I couldn’t be happier with the results and experience. Bekki is extremely encouraging and pushed me to achieve the goals we had set. The workouts were always different and I looked forward to each session. Bekki is very personable and a well rounded person and trainer. She helped with the babies in the group if they got grumpy so we could continue with the workout. Bekki has helped me tone and strengthen my body, especially my core which was needed after 3 kids! I would definitely recommend Bekki; she is the best trainer around!

As someone who has always felt uncomfortable and self-conscious in a gym, I didn’t think I’d ever look forward to a workout but Bekki has really changed this for me. She is so lovely, approachable, fun and motivating but above all highly technical! Really knows her stuff and ensures you’re doing a safe and correct technique during all aspects of a workout. I had an introductory session to get to know Bekki and test my mobility and after that we were straight into a tailored plan, she’s challenged me each week but not too much to frighten me away. It’s making me more confident as a person as well as in the gym. As someone who has had bad experiences with other PTs in the past, I really cannot recommend Bekki highly enough.

I have had about 5 sessions with Bekki (so far). She listened to what I wanted to achieve and is really enthusiastic and definitely boosts your confidence. Bekki watches each move closely, making sure that lifts etc are carried out correctly and safely. Each session offers something different so you are never bored .If you want to make progress with your training I would have no hesitation in recommending Bekki.

My story

As someone that used to be obese, I understand the physical, mental and emotional struggles that come with getting fit. 

After making the decision to address my size I spent a long time looking for the magic short-cut and trying every fad diet I could find until, somewhere along the way, I stumbled across strength training and it changed my life. Rather than hating my body, I started to appreciate it for what it was capable of and enjoy pushing it to achieve more. Weight lifting, Olympic lifting and CrossFit captured my interest and gave me a focus that wasn't negatively obsessed with losing KGs of body weight but adding KGs on to what I could lift.

My journey inspired me to change careers and become a personal trainer in order to help other people realise their potential.
I am passionate about helping people find a happy place with their training. From complete beginners to the more advanced, I will work with you to establish your goals and get you moving towards them in the best way for you.
